These pieces are mix media collages, and they are part of my sketchbook; which is about the concept of “time.” I framed my works as a trio because I felt that they made more sense together as they would be separated. The first work (from top to bottom) shows a woman’s face hidden among the branches which cover all over the page. They symbolise the natural aspect of life and the clocks on top of the branches represents the woman’s memories. In the second image, I designed the background with a fisher’s net pattern and used a statue rather than a live man. It represents that sometimes people feel stuck like time freezes in their minds. The third image represents the chaos humans face when the time goes out of their control.
